Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kaleta Ehitus OÜ ("we") collects and uses your personal data when you visit stucco.ee and when you contact us through this website. We handle your data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller responsible for your personal data is:

  • Kaleta Ehitus OÜ
  • Registry code: 16757426
  • VAT number: EE102626609
  • Address: Kunda-Malla kergtee, Viru-Nigula vald, 44106 Lääne-Virumaa, Estonia

What data we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
  • The project type you select
  • The message and any details you include

When you browse the site, our analytics also collect limited, anonymous usage data such as which pages are visited and general performance metrics. This is done without cookies and does not identify you personally.

Why we use your data and our legal basis

We use the information from the contact form only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project with you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We use anonymous analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Google (Gmail) — receives and stores the enquiry emails you send us.
  • Vercel — hosts the website and provides cookieless analytics and performance monitoring.
  • Sanity — hosts the website content and images.

Some of these providers may process data outside Estonia. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry messages for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted — unless we are legally required to keep them longer, or need them to manage an ongoing project or relationship.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to or restrict how we use your data
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@stucco.ee.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and do not build a profile of you, which is why you will not see a cookie consent banner here.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page along with an updated date.
